about MILO STUART
I enjoy the rain. Walking & watching water make its way through the landscape. We do this as kids, rubber boots, stick boats, and puddles. I still find that simple joy and fascination as owner & operator of RAINWALK DESIGN.
This passion has evolved from puddles to ponds. I’ve been managing farms and installing water harvesting earthworks in various climates for nearly a decade. In addition to running RAINWALK DESIGN; I teach Permaculture Design for Oregon State University & Pacific Rim College in Victoria.
The design systems of Agroforestry, Silvopasture, The Keyline Scale of Permanence & Permaculture influence my work. Creating abundant & regenerative systems has become my driving force in this rapidly changing world we call home - coaxing life into landscapes & leaving room for natures welcomed surprises.
